According to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) of the Realtor Association of Martin County and the Martin County public records, the following home sales activity occurred in Palm Cove Golf & Yacht Club during the 12 months ending December 31, 2024.

Median Sale Price for the month was $550,000 down from $615,000 the previous month and up 7.6% from $595,000 the prior year. Average Sale Price for the month was $770, 569 down from $957,904 the previous month and down 17.7% from $936,333 the prior year. Median Time to Contract for the month was 38 days down from 59 days the previous month and up 52% from 25 days the prior year. Inventory (Active Listings) for the month was 800 up from 767 homes the previous month and up 36.8% from 585 listings for the same period last year.

Primary Mortgage Market Survey
MORTGAGE RATES HIT HIGHEST POINT SINCE LAST JULY - Inching up to just shy of seven percent, mortgage rates reached their highest point in nearly six months. Compared to this time last year, rates are elevated and the market’s affordability headwinds persist. However, buyers appear to be more inclined to get off the sidelines as pending home sales rise.
- The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage averaged 6.91%, up 0.06% from the previous week. At this time, a year ago, the 30-year FRM averaged 6.73%.
- The 15-year fixed-rate mortgage averaged 6.13% up 0.13% from the previous week. At this time, a year ago, the 15-year FRM averaged 5.97%.
