Dear Friends and Neighbors,

Many of you would love to sell your home while the market is still hot.  The problem is that you don't know where you will go.  I believe that there are lots of exciting options and opportunities to consider.  Here are just a few:

1.   Move closer to family and friends - If the past few years have taught us anything, it's that it can be really nice to have your people close by.  There are lots of new communities popping up all over and a new build would give you the time you need to prepare for a long distance move.  Next time you are visiting take a look around.

2.   Lower your carrying costs - Newer homes offer impact glass and smart home technology.  These things make your home more energy efficient and help to lower insurance costs.  Also, many newer communities include cable, high speed internet and lawncare in the HOA dues reducing your overall carrying costs and making it much easier to lock and leave.

3.   Live a more active lifestyle - Quality of life is on everyone's minds these days and builders know it so they are incorporating loads of amenities into their communities.  You will find popular activities like pickleball, upscale fitness centers, dog parks and even golf cart trails that lead you right into your very own town center!

Even if your home sells before you find a new one, Buyers are now allowing Sellers to stay in their homes for a few months after closing to allow you the time you need to find a new one.

At New Wave Realty, we love to be creative, and we are always up for a challenge so let us help you put a plan in place.  The future is only a phone call away!

Now that's something to get excited about.

Wishing everyone a safe and exciting summer!

Sara
