According to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) of the Realtor Association of Martin County and Martin County's public records, the following home sales activity occurred in Palm Cove Golf & Yacht Club (Cutter Sound) through April 5, 2021. 

There are no Active listings in Palm Cove for the second month in a row!  There were ten (10) Active listings in Palm Cove during the same period last year.

There have been eleven (11) home sales in Palm Cove year to date and one (1) rental.  There are three (3) more homes pending sale. There were five (5) home sales during the first three months of 2020 with four more (4) pending sale.

Closed home sales up 21.8%
Sales paid in cash up 11.3%
Average sale price up 14.4% from $628,941 to $719,276
Median time to contract is down 33.3% or 34 days
New pending sales are up 21.1%
Pending inventory is up 50.9%
Current inventory down 62.1%

For the second month in a row, there are no active listings in Palm Cove, and inventory across the Treasure Coast is down another 4.5% as compared to last month.
