Dear Friends and Neighbors,
The Florida real estate market is on fire! According to Martin County's housing data for July 2020, closed home sales were up 42.6% over last year. Tight inventory and record low mortgage rates has created a very competitive market among Buyers. As a result, homes are selling much faster and the average sales prices are up consistently month over month.
Buyers are flocking to Florida from all over the country now that many are able to work from home. This is driving the demand for larger homes in more affordable areas. Buyer's want more amenities like room for a home office, gym, pools and more green space.
Experts expect this trend to continue well into 2021. If you are thinking about making a move, now is a very good time to sell. Please give me a call and we can put together a sale strategy for your home.
I want to thank everyone for your continued support and business this past year! I hope you all have a very safe and fun Labor Day weekend!
Sara.
