According to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) of the Realtor Association of Martin County, the following home sales activity occurred in Palm Cove Golf & Yacht Club (Cutter Sound) through April 3, 2019.

There are currently nine (9) Active listings in Palm Cove, down three (3) from the previous month.  There were fourteen (14)  Active listings in Palm Cove during the same period last year.

There were two (2) home sales in February of 2019.   Year to date there have been three (3) closed home sales in Palm Cove.

The market remains very strong in Palm Cove with SIX homes under contract and TWO closed sales last month.  Inventory remains very low with only EIGHT homes for sale in the entire community.   

According to Lawrence Yun - Chief Economist for the National Association of Realtors -
'A powerful combination of lower mortgage rates, more inventory, rising income, and
higher consumer confidence is driving the sales rebound'
